The Ubiquiti Networks airFiber AF-5U is a high-speed 5 GHz point-to-point Gigabit radio bridge designed for long-distance connectivity. Operating in the 5 GHz band, it can cover distances of over 100 kilometers, making it an ideal solution for enterprise backhaul and inter-building network links.
With its dual-antenna design, the 2x2 MIMO technology separates transmit and receive streams to deliver higher bandwidth and a more dependable connection. Setup is straightforward with the airFiber configuration interface, and installation can be handled by a single technician. Once in place, 12 dedicated LED indicators provide at-a-glance updates on network status, including data port activity, port speed, and management port connectivity.
