Kijero ships IT hardware, office supplies, household and pantry equipment, healthcare supplies, furniture, and more to customers across the USA. This page shares information regarding how we process orders, how we calculate shipping charges, and the like.

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

These are Kijero’s general shipping terms that apply to all shipping options.

  • Delivery Time is shown in business days.
  • Shipping cannot be guaranteed on the same day. Orders are subject to a processing time of 1–2 business days before shipment.
  • Delivery Estimate is provided as an estimate only and does not indicate the exact arrival day of the ordered product.
  • Order Processing is not performed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • Shipping Fee is non-refundable, as it is a service fee charged by the carrier and cannot be refunded if the product is returned.

SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

Kijero ships products through established and renowned carriers such as UPS and FedEx. For larger and bulkier items such as furniture or other office supplies, freight carriers can be hired, and our team coordinates delivery arrangements with customers directly to ensure smooth shipping right to their doorstep.

Carrier service is often shown at checkout, or it is stated on the quote; however, if you want a specific carrier, service level, or your own carrier account, please let our team know before placing your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and the cost is determined by the dimensions, weight, and destination of the order. Kijero also ensures that the calculated shipping cost is displayed before you complete your purchase to help you make a well-informed decision.

Shipping charges for freight and oversized items may be quoted separately. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a returned product because shipping charges are for services provided by carriers.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery time is shown at checkout or is stated in your quote. The estimated delivery timeline includes both order processing and transit time.

Delivery schedules are calculated by carriers, and once they are scheduled, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. However, for large and bulkier items, the delivery time is within 7 to 10 business days.

It should be clear that delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times, and they can differ depending upon weather, unscheduled holidays, disasters, carrier performance, availability of products, and conditions that are beyond our control.

RISK OF LOSS

Kijero will arrange shipment of product(s) to you; title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of product(s) to the carrier. Kijero provides an estimated delivery timeline, but under no circumstances can it be held responsible for delays in delivery or associated damages owing to events which are beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of public enemy, acts of federal, state, or local government, civil disobedience, fires, floods, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargos.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number along with a link to the carrier ’s tracking service. You can check the order status and tracking by clicking the link.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND ACCURACY

You need to provide a complete and accurate address; an incomplete address may cause delivery delays, and re-delivery or address correction fees charged by the carrier will also be borne by you.

Moreover, if your destination site has some specific receiving restrictions such as restricted hours, security clearance, dock access, or appointment scheduling, please let us know so that we can coordinate with the carrier for smooth shipping.

GOVERNMENT AND VOLUME SHIPMENTS

For public sector agencies and large-scale enterprises interested in volume orders, shipping arrangements such as multi-site distribution, consolidated delivery, and phased delivery are confirmed as part of the purchase agreement or your quote.
