The Ubiquiti CWDM Mux Demux 8 is a rack-mountable solution designed to expand fiber infrastructure by combining or separating multiple data streams across a single optical fiber. Equipped with eight LC UPC ports, it supports wavelengths ranging from 1450 to 1590nm on single-mode fiber, delivering efficient and scalable connectivity.

A dedicated communication port allows seamless linking with a second Mux Demux 8, while the expansion port enables additional capacity when paired with a CWDM Mux Demux 4. For advanced monitoring, the built-in LC UPC monitor port supports external tools such as power meters or optical spectral analyzers.
